Bashar Shatta

Dr Shatta is highly qualified General Practitioner, Skin Surgeon and Aesthetic Doctor with vast experience in Medical and Surgical treatments. He offers both General Practice services and Cosmetic treatments. He has a special interest in Skin and Hair problems. His superb knowledge and background of General Practice, Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine allow him to be holistic and comprehensive in his approach. Dr Shatta obtained his medical degree (MD) from Damascus University in 2002. He completed his basic surgical training in 2009 and has been a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (MRCS) since. He trained in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic surgery in England for 5 years. In 2015, he obtained his Master of Science qualification in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (MSc), from Queen Mary University of London, with Distinction.

He also did General Practice training in England and completed it in 2016. He has been a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) since.

He carries out detailed assessments and consultations drawing up a bespoke treatment plan to offer his patients a wide range of treatment solutions to help his patients look and feel their best, depending on their preference, their medical history and the desired outcome.

Dr Shatta values follows the GMC Good Medical Practice guidelines and therefore quality, honesty and confidentiality are assured.

Dr Shatta is constantly enhancing his skills and introducing new technologies and innovative techniques to his practice, participating in national and international conferences and training events. He is also very involved in education and teaching; he is a trainer and Senior Clinical Lecturer in Aesthetic Medicine at Queen Mary University of London.

Dr Shatta is fully registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) He is also a member of several governing bodies including The Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) The Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCS Eng) The Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP)
